I am a professional massage therapist who strongly believes that every individual has the ability to feel better in their body given the appropriate tools. My approach is rooted in listening, both to my clients' needs and to what their bodies communicate, which means each session is tailored to promote relief.
I am also committed to ongoing professional growth, regularly pursuing continuing education to expand my knowledge and provide the best possible care to support my clients on their journey to improved health and wellness.

​ 90 Minutes** - $130
Massage sessions include a blending of various techniques including Lomi lomi, therapeutic deep tissue, myofascial mobilization, cupping, guasha, lymphatic drainage, sports massage and others.
30 Minute Head/Neck/TMJ Massage - $60
Targeted treatment to relief tension of the jaw, head and neck
** Time includes any assessment, testing or additional intake
